O scale, particularly O scale narrow gauge has long been one of our favorite scales/gauges to work in. As our current commercial build is a large O scale standard gauge layout, we have the opportunity to build numerous structures from scratch. As we have done in F Scale we will make our castings used for these structures available to the modeling public. Most of the castings will be doors and windows, but as the need arises for unique detail items, we will make our patterns and molds which will allow us to offer these parts as well.
The windows and doors found in our catalog are made the same way as our F Scale pieces: they are cast in fine tooling resin in flat back molds. That means only one side on the casting is detailed; naturally this will most always be the exterior side.
The windows are packaged in lots of 4 windows plus 4 trim pieces. The exterior trim makes installing and finishing the part very easy.
The doors are sold two per package plus two pieces of trim and our own door knob/lock plate castings. The doorknobs add and very cool finishing touch! They are tiny so handle with care.

Here is an example of one of our currently available O scale doors, (OD6). Note the doorknob/lock plate; that is a separate casting allowing the door to be left or right hand opening. The exterior 1X6 trim is also included and is a separate part.

What you get X 2 per pack.
